About Our Caucus

The Delaware House Democratic Caucus is a diverse group of 26 members representing residents in all three counties. Members are elected on a biennial basis and serve representative districts of about 24,000 residents each. The districts range from urban centers to suburban communities, and from rural districts to resort areas.

Legislative Session

Meeting Agendas

The General Assembly is in session from January through June, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with breaks throughout scheduled for budget hearings and other matters. Please consult the legislative website for the full schedule for session, committee meetings and other legislative functions.
House session and committee agendas are posted on the legislative website prior to each meeting or session day. Visit the legislative website regularly for agendas.

Session and committee meetings are live-streamed on the legislative website, and residents may offer public comment during committee meetings remotely through a call-in number provided on each committee meeting notice.
